He's a builder who's lived the operational reality of running a revenue org through every stage of growth — from solo founder to managing a full sales team, onboarding reps, CS, and account management.

Craig still actively runs Castos, restructuring its entire revenue operation around AI: sales call scoring, onboarding oversight, account health monitoring, and management intelligence. He's not teaching from a yacht. He's in the arena, solving the same revenue org problems you have with AI every single day.
